For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account with joz178 and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's joz178 account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), including deposited funds and confirmed bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit awarded by joz178 to a Member's account, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the Member via an approved payment method, net of any completed withdrawals.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to joz 178's identity and document verification process, required before the first withdrawal and at any time joz178 deems necessary to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which access to joz178 is prohibited by applicable local law.

To register and maintain an account with joz178, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

joz178 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

To access joz178's paid gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on joz178. If joz178 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or documentary evidence — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided without prior notice.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. joz178 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All joz178 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once selected at the time of registration, the account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in IDR.

joz178 accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the joz178 account holder — are not accepted and may be returned at the Member's cost, or held pending investigation.

5.1 Approved Deposit Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

Bank transfer deposits are subject to banking network processing times and are generally credited within five to fifteen minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. joz178 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's own bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Currency

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). joz178 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the sender's side are borne solely by the Member.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Member has completed KYC verification (see Clause 11). Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. joz178 reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of any withdrawal destination.

6.2 Processing Times

joz178 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, scheduled system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. joz178 will notify the Member if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section and vary by account verification tier. Members wishing to request a withdrawal in excess of published limits should contact support in advance.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

joz178 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, the Member's receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Member.

joz178 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 matchdays, Champions League finals, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Members who meet the eligibility conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. joz178 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated software, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing qualifying bets solely to meet a minimum deposit threshold with no genuine intention to play, engaging in matched betting or arbitrage using promotional funds, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, joz178 may void all associated bonus winnings and close the Member's account without prior notice.

7.4 Expiry

Unclaimed bonus offers expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds credited to an account that remain unused for 30 consecutive days may be removed from the account without prior notice, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

All bets placed on joz178 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Members are advised to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing bets. General betting rules applicable across all products include the following:

• A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the joz178 system and a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Member.
• joz178 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error, bets placed on events that have already concluded, and bets placed in contravention of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the joz178 platform's own records constitute the authoritative source of information. Members may submit a dispute via the support channel within 72 hours of the contested settlement.

• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets on football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League — are subject to the parlay-specific rules published under the Sportsbook section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joz178 platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other form of artificial assistance to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting on sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, or any other sporting event offered on the joz178 Sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or use joz178 for any purpose connected with financial crime, terrorism financing, or other unlawful activity.
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming bonuses more than once, or evading account closure.
• Impersonating any other person, misrepresenting your identity or age, or providing fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. joz178's total aggregate liability to any Member, arising from any cause of action whatsoever (including contract, tort, or statute), shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joz178 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any specific game, market, or feature will remain available indefinitely. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as major BRI Liga 1 matchdays or UEFA Champions League knockout fixtures.

joz178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, joz178 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via in-platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joz178 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and joz178 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
